Who Creates the Designs?

All designs are hand-drawn by me - The Crimson Watcher - using my IPad. 

 

Where are the Products Made and Shipped From?

Printify works with trusted print provider Monster Digital. They are based in the USA and are known for creating high-quality products, fast fulfillment, and reliable shipping.

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Monster Digital typically fulfills orders in 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

USA: 3-7 business days

International: 7-21 business days

 

Do You Take Custom Requests?

Right now, I’m focused on releasing my own original work. But you’re welcome to message me with ideas - who knows, they might inspire a future drop.

 

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, email me immediately. If the item hasn’t gone into production yet, I’ll do my best to help.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes - I currently ship to most countries around the world. Shipping times vary by region.

 

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost for International Orders?

Shipping costs vary by country and product because Printify calculates real shipping fees based on location and item weight. To keep things simple:

International customers are charged actual shipping costs at checkout while we pay for half out of our own pocket. We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent.
